According to a report by the International Energy Agency dated January 2024, <strong>more than 50% of the electrical infrastructure has been damaged since the start of the war<\/strong>. Despite major efforts by the Ukrainian government to strengthen energy security before the winter, full restoration of all facilities proved impossible due to new attacks that caused further damage. This situation is compromising the country&#8217;s security of supply and testing the resilience of the Ukrainian power system.
