The mission also provided an opportunity to meet with the local authorities and to exchange views with <a href=\"https:\/\/ua.ambafrance.org\/\">the French Embassy in Ukraine<\/a> on the development <strong>Mykolaiv <\/strong>region <strong>in July <\/strong>to inspect the work carried out on <strong>14 pumping stations<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThey also held discussions with the local authorities responsible for these installations and their maintenance.<br \/>\nThese stations play an essential role in Ukraine, ensuring constant access to water for the population and providing heating during the winter, when temperatures drop drastically.<br \/>\nThe majority of the stations are located in the Mykolaiv region, close to Kherson, where the bombing of the Kakhovka dam on June 8, 2023 deprived tens of thousands of people of access to drinking water.<br \/>\nThanks to our local partners, the <a href=\"https:\/\/fortechnyi.com\/en\">Fortechnyi Foundation<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cam-z.org\/en\/\">CAMZ<\/a>, for their support.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-38471 size-large\" \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>WORK CONTINUES ON NEW STRUCTURES <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Further work will take place in August on <strong>11 health centers<\/strong> in the Rivne and Lviv oblasts, in partnership with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cam-z.org\/en\/\">CAMZ<\/a>, and on 2 hospitals in the Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, with partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energyactua.com\/?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIjK-UjKDWhwMV04VoCR1G5wIVEAAYASAAEgLlBPD_BwE\">Energy Act For Ukraine<\/a>.<br \/>\nThese installations will all be completed by the end of September, in order to meet the energy needs of these structures on the eve of next winter. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-38469 size-large\" sustainable power to over 84 establishments before next spring.<br \/>\nRussian strikes against energy infrastructures continue, restricting access to electricity for the entire Ukrainian population, who are dreading the arrival of winter 2024-2025.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>All our actions in the emergency situation in Ukraine are made possible by the mobilization alongside us of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diplomatie.gouv.fr\/fr\/le-ministere-et-son-reseau\/le-centre-de-crise-et-de-soutien\/\">Crisis and Support Center of the
