[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]From September 28 to October 11, more than 30 events marked Solidarity Energy Week. This year\u2019s edition was a special one, celebrating the 40th anniversary of Electricians Without Borders. <\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading defined_color=”yellow” text=”A COLLECTIVE EFFORT TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT ISSUES RELATED TO ACCESS TO ENERGY AND WATER” css=””][vc_column_text css=””]Conferences, workshops, exhibitions, screenings, educational activities\u2026 Across France, the regional chapters and volunteers of Electriciens sans fronti\u00e8res have come together to raise awareness about the challenges of access to energy and water around the world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Together with our partners, they have devised a variety of formats to reach different audiences, foster dialogue, and raise awareness about inequalities in access to essential services. These are all opportunities to remind people that energy and water are essential to human development and that ensuring access to them for everyone is a major issue of international solidarity. <\/p>\n

This year, this campaign has taken on special significance, as 2026 marks the 40th anniversary ofElectriciens sans fronti\u00e8res. <\/strong>Since 1986, our NGO has been fighting against inequalities in access to energy around the world, thanks to the dedication of its volunteers and the support of its partners.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading defined_color=”yellow” text=”EVENTS IN THE REGION” css=””][vc_column_text css=””]Local initiatives have demonstrated the diverse forms that mobilization can take: awareness-raising activities at festivals or in schools, presentations by the NGO to employees of partner companies, photo exhibitions, and more. Both within the organization and in the field, our partners help raise awareness of our missions, spread our messages, and engage new audiences.<\/p>\n
